  • We will meet and discuss parameters as well as what you want to get out of this relationship.

  • After discussing job parameters, we will discuss a design criteria using diagrams, rough sketches, and other estimating methods to determine a rough estimate for your home.

STEP 4: HARD BID PHASE

STEP 6: BEGINNING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

  • Once you have purchased a lot, we will begin the construction phase.

  • The first phases of construction include surveying, environmental assessments, and soil reports. Once we have these processes and inspections completed, we can begin work on your home.

  • Because of our great relationships with local sub-contractors, we can run the process of your home one phase right after the other.

  • Please see Mountain Ridge's construction phases below:

  • Because of our transparent system, we leave no questions on the table. We present the full cost of the project and make sure you are happy with your home cost and design, and comfortable working with Mountain Ridge.

  • Once we have received signed agreements of your approval of the hard bid, we can be clear on both ends on what is offered. This allows us to run the construction process of your home as smoothly as possible.

  • We have great financing recommendations that can help ensure that you are fully funded and won't run into any problems financing your future home.

  • Once we have walked you through the Design Phase, we can take the plans we have created and home material selections to create a hard bid number so you know exactly what it's going to cost you.

  • This also allows you to compare pricing with other competitors as well as see what design options can save you money. (EX: Switching Floor types)

  • Upon acceptance of rough pricing and an agreement for services, we can move forward to the design phase where you will have a number of design options to choose from.

  • Design options include: civil/topographic mapping, structural mockup, architecturals, electrical plans, plumbing/HVAC plans, as well 3D-modeling. SEE DESIGN SERVICES

  • Please note: All design fees will be credited back into the cost of your home upon acceptance of a Design Build Agreement. (STEP 5)
